What is the main ingredient?

The main ingredient in our birria and barbacoa products is jackfruit. Jackfruit is a versatile and sustainable fruit that has the look, texture and flavor of real meat.

How many servings per pouch?

Typically you can make 4-6 tacos per pouch. But that depends on how much protein you add to each tortilla.

Is it spicy?

Everyone's spice level is different. But the barbacoa is very mild and the birria is considered medium spice.

Is it vegan?

Yes, everything is 100% plant-based. We don't use any animal products.

Does it have to be refrigerated?

 Prior to opening you do NOT need to refrigerate our pouches. That what makes them great for camping , travel or just to store them for a random tuesday.
